RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, every customer has the right to return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

If you want to use this option, you just need to send a completed and signed form (template below) to the address: [email protected] within this time period and send the ordered goods together with the form within the next 14 days.

PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

In accordance with the Civil Code (Articles 556-576), as the seller, we are responsible for legal or physical defects (non-compliance of goods with the contract) of sold items under warranty for 2 years from the delivery of the item to the consumer.

The best way to report a complaint is to complete and sign the product complaint form, which is available below, and send it to the address: [email protected]

Important:

Send the goods together with the completed form and proof of purchase (transfer confirmation, invoice, email) to the email address [email protected], the complaint will be processed within 14 days

We will inform you about the resolution method by email or phone

If the complaint is deemed valid, we will replace the defective product with a flawless one, remove the defect, or refund the equivalent value to your account

Delivery of goods from an accepted complaint is at the seller's expense

Refund to your account takes up to 14 business days.
